Guidelines of the walk : 

- All participants are required to reach Greenara by 9:00 AM
on the day of the walk. The walk will end by 5:30 PM.

- A delicious organic farm lunch will be served as part of the walk. 
Please note that your registration fee is inclusive of this farm lunch 
and other refreshments.

- Things You Must Carry:

• Wear Shoes during the walk

• Please carry a Raincoat.

• Please bring a swimsuit and extra pair of clothes 
  if you plan to swim and partake in the mud baths. 

• Bath towel

• Reusable water bottle
